Include these details:
- your device model;

- what happened and the steps immediately before it;
- a screenshot, if it does not expose sensitive information.
Never send card details, your Apple Account password, or payment credentials.
Purchase completed but Gems are missing
- Confirm that Apple shows the purchase as completed rather than pending.
- Keep the device online and restart Monkey Tribe.
- Open the Gem Store and allow a moment for StoreKit to reconnect.
- If the Gems still do not appear, email us with the purchase date, Gem pack name, device model, iOS version, and app version.
Do not email a full receipt containing personal information unless support specifically asks for a redacted copy.
Restore Purchases
Monkey Tribe currently sells only consumable Gem packs. Apple does not restore consumables through a standard Restore Purchases button, so the game intentionally does not show one. If payment completed but delivery was interrupted, the app automatically checks for unfinished StoreKit transactions and safely retries the Gem delivery after launch or reconnection.
If a purchase remains pending, Apple has not finalized it and Monkey Tribe will not grant Gems early.
Refunds
Payments and refund decisions are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The app will not open or freezes
- Force-close Monkey Tribe and open it again.
- Restart the iPhone.
- Confirm that iOS and Monkey Tribe are up to date and that the device has free storage.
- Do not delete the app as a first troubleshooting step, because the village save is stored locally.
If the problem continues, send the device, iOS, app-version, and reproduction details listed above.
Save or progress problem
Village progress is stored locally on the device and is not synchronized to a Monkey Tribe account or cloud server. Deleting the app, resetting the device, or moving to another device can remove or leave the save behind. If progress disappears without one of those actions, stop playing to avoid overwriting useful state and contact support with the exact timing and steps.
Sound problem
Check Music and Sound in Monkey Tribe Settings, the device volume, Silent Mode, and any connected Bluetooth output. Restart the app after changing audio output.
Advertising problem
The current Monkey Tribe build contains no advertising SDK and should not display ads. If you see advertising presented as part of Monkey Tribe, send a screenshot, app version, and where the app was installed so we can investigate.
Data deletion request
Deleting the app deletes its local village data from that device. To ask Quick Moo Digital to delete support emails associated with you, email quickmoodigital@gmail.com from the same address. Apple purchase records and your mail provider's data are controlled by those providers.
