Monkey Tribe

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Quick Moo Digital ("we", "us") handles information when you use the mobile game Monkey Tribe and this website.

In short: Monkey Tribe has no player accounts or game backend.

Your village is stored locally. The current app has no advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDK.

1. Local game data

Village progress, resources, settings, purchase-delivery markers, and a short local support-report history are stored on your device using local app storage, including React Native AsyncStorage. This data is used to run the game, restore your save after an app restart, prevent duplicate purchase delivery, and help prepare support messages. We do not operate a server that receives or synchronizes your village save.

2. Apple StoreKit purchases

In-app Gem purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple may process your Apple Account, payment, storefront, device, and transaction information under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your card number or Apple Account password.

The app receives product and completed-transaction information needed to verify and deliver a purchase. A processed transaction identifier is stored inside your local save to prevent the same purchase from granting Gems twice.

Restore Purchases and unfinished transactions

Gem packs are consumable purchases, so they are not restored by a manual Restore Purchases button. Monkey Tribe automatically asks StoreKit for unfinished transactions and safely retries delivery when the app starts or reconnects. Apple's own purchase records remain under Apple's control.

3. Support and technical information

If you choose to contact support from inside the app, your mail app opens a message you can review before sending. The draft includes the selected issue category, app version and build, operating-system version, and device model, plus any note you enter. It does not attach your village, balances, payment credentials, or StoreKit receipt.

Information you email is processed by the email providers used to send and receive the message. We use it only to answer and troubleshoot your request.

4. Advertising, analytics, and crash reporting

The current Monkey Tribe repository and production configuration do not include an advertising SDK, analytics SDK, cross-app tracking SDK, or third-party crash-reporting service. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. If these practices change, this policy and the relevant app disclosures will be updated before those services are used.

5. Website hosting and third-party services

These public pages are hosted by Vercel. When you visit them, Vercel may process ordinary hosting data such as your IP address, browser details, request time, and requested URL for delivery, security, and reliability. See Vercel's Privacy Notice.

The app's relevant third-party service is Apple StoreKit. Your chosen email provider is also involved only when you send a support email.

6. Data retention

7. Deletion requests

Deleting Monkey Tribe removes its locally stored save from that device. This cannot delete transaction records controlled by Apple or messages held by your email provider. To request deletion of support correspondence held by Quick Moo Digital, email quickmoodigital@gmail.com from the address used for the support request. We may need limited details to locate the message and verify the request.

8. Children's privacy

Monkey Tribe is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the game has no accounts, advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking, it does not ask a child to create a profile or provide personal details. If you believe a child sent personal information in a support email, contact us so we can delete it.

9. International users

Quick Moo Digital, Apple, Vercel, and email providers may process support or technical information in countries other than your own. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries. We handle information as described in this policy and subject to applicable law.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The date shown on this page identifies the latest version.
